Preliminary statistics from China Customs indicate that from January to November 2025, China exported a cumulative total of 42.86 million tons of various macronutrient fertilizers, representing a year-on-year increase of 46.4%. The export value reached US$12.937 billion, marking a year-on-year growth of 61.5%.

In November alone, China exported 4.441 million tons of various fertilizers, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 31.7%. with the export value reaching US$1.387 billion, a year-on-year increase of 40.2%.

Regarding imports, from January to November 2025, China imported a total of 12.432 million tons of various fertilizers, a year-on-year decrease of 1.4%; the cumulative import value amounted to US$4.247 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%.
